Is there a minimum orders on ties?

No, there is no minimum quantity of ties per order. In fact many of our customers only order 2-3 ties initially as a sample, before deciding on what tie is suited best.

Does the color on the pictures of the ties look exactly the same as in person?

Even though we do our best to display high quality images on our site, a few factors are out of our control to guarantee the exact color of monitor display to the actual fabric color. To a large part this has to do with the calibration of your monitor. Should you be uncertain about the color, we recommend ordering a few different ties as a sample first, before placing your final order.

How do I guarantee an exact color match to my company’s color?

At uniform ties we have professional designers that can assist you with any custom design and color pick. We can match colors using specific pantone numbers.

Is there a min. quantity needed to place a custom order?

Yes, there is a minimum quantity of 50 ties needed to place a customer order. Click here for more information on custom company neckties.

Do you offer additional discounts for large bulk orders?

Typically additional discounts are given for orders in access of 50 ties. Simply contact us to receive your quote.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item. As long as the item is in new condition and un-worn, we will refund you as soon as we receive it back from you. Please ship the item to our warehouse and office location in San Francisco, CA.
Note: return policy does not apply to custom production orders.
